Fahr Beyond

A diagnosis became
a global mission.

After being diagnosed with Fahr's Disease — a rare and life-altering neurological condition — Dr Adam Tate chose to transform his personal experience into collective action. He founded Fahr Beyond, a patient advocacy organisation that supports individuals and families living with Fahr's Disease across the world.

Through sustained partnerships with healthcare institutions, research bodies, and clinical specialists, Fahr Beyond has become an internationally recognised voice for patients who are too often unheard. Most significantly, Adam's advocacy directly contributed to the establishment of the world's only dedicated clinic for Fahr's Disease — a historic milestone in rare disease care.

Fahr Beyond represents the intersection of Adam's personal journey, his commitment to social justice, and his unshakeable belief that every person — regardless of diagnosis — deserves access to exceptional care, community, and hope.
